Customizing and personalizing are two key features that set Zazzle apart. They give you the power to make your products truly unique:

 - Customizing

This allows you to make changes to a design or product's existing elements. You can often modify colors, text, and sometimes even images, depending on the product. For example, you can change the text on a birthday card to include a personal message, alter the color of a t-shirt design to your favorite shade, or resize an image to fit a specific product.

- Personalizing

This takes customizing a step further. When you personalize a product, you're not just changing existing elements; you're adding your personal touch. This could mean uploading your own photos, artwork, or designs to be incorporated into the product. For instance, you can personalize a mug by adding a cherished family photo or create a unique poster with your own artwork.

This post shows you some of Zazzle's possibilities. There are also several models of invitations with round corners, tag format, etc.  The same design can be used for a Birthday party and a Christmas party.  I offered the two possibilities for a better customer experience. The changes I made to the text can be made by anyone who buys most of my cards but sometimes customers don't want to make the extra effort. So, sometimes I opt to present the same design with text variations.  The changes I made to the text can be made by anyone who buys most of my cards online, adapting the text of the card you like to your needs.

What about celebrating your Birthday in December: do you like it or do you hate it?

I don't know anyone whose birthday is in December, or who has chosen to get married in that festive month. In my case, I dislike the idea of celebrating a birthday in the last month of the year. I feel that any celebration in December has to compete with Holidays and that your Birthday can sometimes get overshadowed by Christmas and New Year's festivities, leaving you with less attention.

During the holiday season, it can be more expensive to get a place in a restaurant, and more stressful, making it challenging to plan a Birthday at a restaurant. Or getting the baked goodies if one's planning a party at home. Depending on where a person lives, December weather might not be ideal for outdoor activities or parties, limiting Birthday celebration options. Some people may combine the Birthday and Christmas gifts into one, which can sometimes feel like you're getting short-changed! I mean, people expect to get Birthday presents, don't day?  December is a busy time for many people with holiday parties, shopping, and preparations, which might make it challenging to gather all your loved ones for a Birthday celebration...

On the other hand,  December is the most festive month of the year, and your Birthday becomes a part of the holiday celebrations. The entire month is filled with lights, decorations, and joyful spirits. You can combine your birthday celebration with Christmas and New Year's festivities, making it a grand, extended celebration with family and friends. And maybe you end up receiving more gifts because people are already in a gift-giving mood during the holiday season. You might get birthday gifts, Christmas presents, and even some New Year's gifts! Many people have time off work or school in December, which means that friends and family are more likely to be available to celebrate with you...Having a birthday in December can encourage you to reflect on the past year and feel grateful for your experiences, which aligns with the season of giving and thankfulness...right?
